From May 1st, 2019 our company guarantees that all ginseng you buy from our farm can be safely brought into China. If there is any problem, we will compensate for any loss, as long as: 

1. You have proof for your ginseng purchase from our farm; 

2. The total ginseng amount is not more than 10LBS per customer; 

3. You have our CITES together with the ginseng product and you enter China before the CITES expires; 

4. You clearly explain to customs officer that the ginseng is for personal use and NOT for commercial purpose; 

5. You have the original copy of form issued by China Customs regarding handling of the ginseng product.
